Though it was the sounds of the children playing on life at ouri that made me buy the album, time of day is my favorite track. The familiar yet unidentifiable found sound is what attracts me most.
Circe just writes good tunes. Her lyrics are clever, but in a warm, homey way. Her harmonies are thrilling. I appreciate the variety of subject matter too.
