Every time Adeem the Artist releases an album it should be in consideration for AOTY. There is a social consciousness to their lyrics that really hit human emotion hard. They have a very good understanding of the region and environment in which they were raised. Every song on this one is amazing …impossible to pick a fav. I have loved all of ALT’s albums over the years. So creative and such a talented musician/songwriter. This however is his most honest and vulnerable album to date. It’s an album about human emotion and growing up with insecurities, rejection and fear at times. It’s also an honest analysis of the world around all of us with humor at times as well. Love the use of electronic keyboards and instrumentation. Very few albums ever do I love every song. This is one of them.

Such a unique and honest artist. Each album he has gotten better. His lyrics are heartfelt and often times achingly real. In order to fully appreciate his art one must see his live show. There is nothing like it out there. One of the best writing songs today.

Truly one of the most gifted songwriters in the alt country genre. His brutal honesty and real emotions bleed in his lyrics. There is an understanding of sorrow and sadness that is wise beyond his years.
