    by Marc With a C
    featured track 00:00/00:00
Until You Help Yourself Until You Help Yourself
AGH! I did it again! I hit "purchase" without first checking the album license. Thank you so much for always releasing your albums under CC BY or CC BY-SA so I never regret buying your stuff. Track 1 is pretty sweet, I can't wait to hear the rest!

    Fortunate Encounter Fortunate Encounter
Fortunate Encounter is my favorite track on this album, but try again is a close second. I love the video that goes along with this album too. Though some of the details confuse me a bit, it helps explain the connection between two of the more enigmatic characters.
  3. 80s Ep (MAGProm)
    by Professor Shyguy
    favorite track 00:00/00:00
Johnny B Goode (Marty McFly) Johnny B Goode (Marty McFly)
These chiptune covers of old songs came out very nicely. I especially love Spin Me Round (Dead or Alive) and Johnny B Goode (Marty McFly). The album artwork is pretty awesome as well!

    Motivation Motivation
It's incredibly difficult to choose a single favorite from among all of these awesome tracks. It's a very upbeat and lighthearted album, and I love every track it has to offer!
  5. Age of Feminine
    by Kellee Maize
    favorite track 00:00/00:00
    Yesterday Yesterday
If you're looking for some hip-hop with a message of peace and acceptance, this is the album for you! My favorite tracks are Yesterday and Struggle. I wish that the albums Owl Time and Integration were under a CC BY or CC BY-SA license. I'd buy them too if they were!
  6. Aligned Archetype
    by Kellee Maize
    favorite track 00:00/00:00
    Third Eye Third Eye
I'm not a fan of Freakuency. Between the fact that Kellee comes on a bit strong in that one and the accent used, it's just not my type of music. Every single other track on this album is absolutely awesome though! I wish that the albums Owl Time and Integration were under a CC BY or CC BY-SA license. I'd buy them too if they were!

    by Marc With a C
    favorite track 00:00/00:00
Motherfuckers Be Bullshittin' Motherfuckers Be Bullshittin'
This is a great collection of many (but not all) of Marc's greatest songs. If you want to hear the rest, you'll need to get Marc's other albums!
  8. An aural artistic expression
    by glitched puppet
    favorite track 00:00/00:00
work in progress work in progress
Both of these songs, and their respective videos, are a couple of my favorites from Floraverse. We get our first real look at the troupe's world in those videos, as well as see the interactions between the most prominent troupe member and one of their colleagues.
  9. Bazar
    by Lorenzo's Music
    favorite track 00:00/00:00
Old Old Story Old Old Story
I haven't heard music like Lorenzo's Music's work anywhere before, though I'm not familiar with cabaret. I'd love to here more! It's hard to choose a favorite track between Old Old Story, All's Good That Ends Well, and Oh Oh Oh. The saxophone and bass in this album sound fantastic.
  10. Bombs & Bodies

    Halloween Aesthetic Halloween Aesthetic
I love Biff. They've got some great lines in the prompt that goes with this album. "I see some of you looking nervous! They're just dead bodies. I bet you've seen dozens of them yourself. With luck, you'll even be one someday! Isn't that exciting?" Yeah, Biff. We're all excited to become dead bodies one day, ha ha!
  11. Bubblegum Romance
    by Marc With a C
    favorite track 00:00/00:00
No London In Brazil No London In Brazil
Honda Civic Paint Rocket and many other songs on this album are quite amusing, but as my favorite, I'd have to say I like No London In Brazil. That songs a classic!
  12. CARK (live-in-studio cassette)
by The Marc With a C Trio
    favorite track 00:00/00:00
The Bitter Half The Bitter Half
This album is packed full of now compositions of classic songs, as well as a few songs that I don't recognize from elsewhere. The Bitter Half is one of my favorite Marc With a C songs of all time, so it's awesome getting to hear a new version of it!

I love every track on this album! They have a very interesting sound. However, if I had to choose a favorite ... I'm a sucker for tracks with vocals.
  15. Cylinders

    favorite track 00:00/00:00
    Cylinder Six Cylinder Six
This album is very relaxing and amelodic. It's perfect for when you have a lot on your mind and want to let it wander.
  16. Direct to Video

    favorite track 00:00/00:00
Direct to Video Direct to Video
This album is full of very relaxing rhythms. This is one of Chris Zabriskie's more active albums though, so as the album name suggests, it might be a better choice if you're looking for background music for a video.

I think that ticket to nowhere might be my favorite Floraverse song yet. This whole album is pretty awesome though.

I'm curious about what instruments Chris is using in these albums. There's some piano, but there's a lot of interesting sounds that I don't recognize.

    Ember Ember
When Kubbi says you'll keep needing to come back an listen to Ember, it's not a joke. I'm not sure whether they mean the Ember album or the individual Ember track, but both of them are fantastic. This album alone is worth the subscription.

This is a great album by Marc, as always! The Bitter Half and Bootwater Suite: The Right To Bear Arms always make me smile.
  23. Fragmentation

    favorite track 00:00/00:00
Enter the Cave Enter the Cave
If you didn't pre-order this album, you missed out on the eight samples and especially all twelve pre-mastered songs. It's very interesting to see how the songs changed during development! To really get the most out of this album, you need to sit down and listen to the tracks in order with the lyrics sheets on hand at least once. It's a great story, and I love how the overture ties it all together. I can't wait for the physical CD to arrive so I can hear Villain's Lament (Bonus Track)!

My Simple Pop Song My Simple Pop Song
This album is awesome, but in particular, I love My Simple Pop Song. Ender's Song, The Secret of Homonym, and Zombies > Vampires are very close runners up. I can't help but think that Ender's Song is a reference that I don't get, but I enjoy it just the same.

    favorite track 00:00/00:00
(I'm Not Your) Steppin' Stone (I'm Not Your) Steppin' Stone
Marc did a great job on these covers. I especially enjoy (I'm Not Your) Steppin' Stone! I hadn't realized before listening to this album that 99 Pounds was a The Monkees song. I thought that it was one of Marc's!
  29. Happy Parallel
    by Brandt Cooley
    favorite track 00:00/00:00
My Favorite Love Song My Favorite Love Song
This album serves as proof that Brandt Cooley was awesome even before picking up chiptune and taking on the moniker "Professor Shyguy". It's difficult to choose one song as my favorite, and this entire album is one of the ones that I listen to most frequently.
  30. History 1-1
    by Professor Shyguy
    favorite track 00:00/00:00
Plug-In Baby (feat. Kieran Strange) Plug-In Baby (feat. Kieran Strange)
I love to hear Professor Shyguy's chiptune/singing style applied to songs on non-video-game topics. Hearing Shyguy partnered with various other vocalists is quite a treat as well! It's hard to choose a favorite track though, as that seems to change with my mood.

    favorite track 00:00/00:00
Not There At All Not There At All
It's fun to hear how different Marc sounded in his early days compared to how he sounds now. His sound has really changed a lot!

    favorite track 00:00/00:00
    Laserdisc Laserdisc
Even the titles on Chris Zabriskie's albums and tracks are interesting. It makes me wonder if these were each written with a specific scene in mind, scenes that we will never see or know.
  34. I dunno lol EP

What an awesome chiptune album, with just a hint of non-chiptune for flavor!
  35. I forget
    by glitched puppet
    track 00:00/00:00
I love how the track changes as it progresses, mimicking the mood of the video that went with it as it progresses. Overall, the premise is the same the whole way through, but there are changes as the discussion continues and new information is presented.
  36. Inner Understanding
    by glitched puppet
    track 00:00/00:00
This is a great track just to listen to, but I do wonder where it's from. Is it a standalone track or was it used in some Floraverse media that I just don't recall?
  37. Instrumentation
    by Professor Shyguy
    favorite track 00:00/00:00
    Overture Overture
The bonus songs are pretty awesome, but I'd still have to say that the Overture is my favorite track of this album.

The Problem Is Me The Problem Is Me
This is the perfect album to listen to when life has you down and it's everyone's fault but your own. I especially enjoy Every Single Friend, Diane Works For Ozzy, Broken Record Player, and The Problem is Me.

    favorite track 00:00/00:00
    Satellite Satellite
If you haven't picked up the vinyl edition of this album by now, you've missed out on a pair of kick-ass bonus albums. It's interesting to hear both versions of ... Oops, I shouldn't say. Still, the two versions have completely different lyrics.

All My Drug Use Is Accidental is an awesome classic, but I'd have to say that Satellite is my favorite track on this album.
  42. Live At Nerdapalooza 2011
    by Marc With a C
    favorite track 00:00/00:00
Love My Little Squiddy Love My Little Squiddy
I always love hearing the recordings of Marc's live shows! I'm not sure if the story is real or if it was made up for the entertainment value, but I especially love the story about the ex-fan at the beginning of Love My Little Squiddy.
  43. LoL Troll
    by Professor Shyguy
    track 00:00/00:00
For the longest time, I thought that "lol" in this track's name referred to "laugh out loud". I thought that as this song mocks the troll, that the narrator was laughing at them! It's a great, upbeat track that's fun to listen to, despite the fact that I've never played the game that it's about.
  44. Losing Salt
    by Marc With a C
    favorite track 00:00/00:00
If These Walls Could Talk If These Walls Could Talk
I originally bought this album to get a copy of the song I Will Repossess You Heart. You can really feel the desperation of the narrator. I think that I like If These Walls Could Talk even better though.

I had to get the vinyl album when it came out later though. What better record to hang on my wall than Losing Salt?
