"Is that the fucking voice of a boy or a girl?"
Its the voice of Jo fucking Rodriguez making me cry at 8AM on a Thursday.
A painful, impactful but also beautiful song. Well mixed and produced, the rhythm both in the instrumental and the vocals is driving and it aches where we know we're healing.

    Second favourite song: Impostor Syndrome.
I cried to this album, it feels raw and emotional, volatile and vulnerable. It helps to process my own emotion to hear Jo sing about those big feelings and this album came to me in just the moment I needed it.

Angry music coming out at the end of a devastating year, definitely one of my favourite albums that came out this year.

L'appel Du Vide. (feat. Ghost Note) L'appel Du Vide. (feat. Ghost Note)
absolute gold, its raw and emotional, its off the rails, its the good shit, if you can sit down and listen to it in full. Lyrically powerful, well mixed and produced, the synth is banging.

I know i'm very late to the party but this is post-emptively one of the best albums of 2019. Raw emotion, musical prowess, relatable lyrics. SLA outdid themselves and I can honestly say i'm more than excited for whatever they'll put out next now that they're a group project.
