Nattdraemr : Hergrim oev Langrim ut Margrim Nattdraemr : Hergrim oev Langrim ut Margrim
Top-shelf dungeon synth in the same style as old-school classics such as (Era I) Mortiis or Wongraven. A powerful, epic journey into a forgotten land of sorrowful, majestic beauty!!
  7. Treasures From The Dungeon (Vol. 1 & 2)

    I - Into Glory Battle (2011) I - Into Glory Battle (2011)
Even though this is older stuff by Arath, it's still some excellent dungeon synth that masterfully crafts a dark, epic medieval atmosphere. See you in the dungeon!!
  8. Bridges of the South

Black Hill - South Black Hill - South
A beautiful, relaxing album. This is perfect for pretty much any situation...contemplation, hanging out with friends, doing homework, playing a tabletop RPG with friends, etc. Brilliant stuff!
  9. Another World Another Time
    by Erang
    favorite track 00:00/00:00
Hymn To My Teenage Broken Dreams Hymn To My Teenage Broken Dreams
Brilliant new-school dungeon synth, with imaginative and, at times, quite beautiful compositions. I have used this as background ambient music for tabletop role-playing gaming on many occasions! See you in the Kingdom, curious wanderer...
  10. King of Nothing, Slave to No One
    by Erang
    favorite track 00:00/00:00
Day of the Troll Day of the Troll
Erang's has put out a lot of stuff in ar relatively short amount of time, but in my opinion this is one of his best albums in the last couple of years or so. Amazing to see that after 14 releases, he still is able to evolve, experiment, and come up with killer stuff. Long live the Kingdom!!!
  11. We Are The Past
    by Erang
    favorite track 00:00/00:00
I Dreamt Of An Emerald Forest I Dreamt Of An Emerald Forest
Erang continues to evolve with this release, truly transcending the dungeon synth genre into something that still could be considered DS, but is also a new sound entirely. Equal parts sadness, nostalgia, and beauty, all come together to create easily one of Erang's best albums. If you're interested in new-school dungeon synth, this album is definitely worth listening to!!
