Bone-chilling, gloomy, oppressive, and just downright scary. Especially the first track, A Presence That Refuses To Be Forgotten. I waited until I went to bed to listen to this album for the first time and was not prepared for something that dark and intrusive. It evoked some irrational fear and anxiety from me, like as if I was facing the deep inner darkness and turmoil of the human condition in its purest form.
Really impressive and powerful dungeon synth album.
