I like this album because it's odd, unique and bold, the instrumentation is stellar. It seamlessly takes turns to the least expected places without being pretentious or placing the shock value ahead of the musicality or memorability. Personally, nothing feels out of place at any time, even when foreign sounds are introduced out of the blue, it somehow manages to fit the cotext of the music. I adore the atmosphere that's creepy and jovial simultaneously. It's fantastic as a whole.

In my view, this is the best thrash metal album of the 21st century hands down. I'm aware many other incredible bands have released amazing stuff in recent years, but they are yet to match the level of musicianship and brilliance here displayed. As per usual, it remains overlooked by the vast majority of metal listeners for reasons I can't understand.

There's no doubt in my mind this is one of the finest progressive power metal acts to come up in recent years.
