    Ephemeral Joys Ephemeral Joys
...I fell immidiatly in love with this beauty. versatile, open minded, gorgeous harmonies and use of instruments, way beyond genre stereotypes. highly addictive and one of the best in 2018 so far.

  3. Wonderland
    by Magic Shoppe
    Blowup Blowup
60ies psych dropping out of every pore & a wall of sound that kicks right in. hypnotic, groovy and really something.
  4. Cathedral
    by Mt. Mountain
a groovy, rolling, inspiring single from one of the best bands from down under. Mt Mountain never fail to deliver the little extra which makes you love music...
  5. The 4th Side of the Eternal Triangle
    by The Difference Machine
Another Tomorrow (feat. Stacy Epps) Another Tomorrow (feat. Stacy Epps)
Well - technically it's HipHop. But not that crap what is called HipHop today, this is way more interesting. Oldschool HipHop meets Psych, sounds a little strange but it works more than well - because the guys take the good from both sides and melt it to something really unique. Rough, edgy, loads of energy and groovy as f*** with enough pressure to blow your mind. Chapeau!
  6. II
by The Devil And The Almighty Blues
    NEPTUNE BROTHERS NEPTUNE BROTHERS
Raw Rock'n Roll, rough edges, noise, basslines and tons of groove. Most authentic act I discovered in 2017. For those about rock, I salute you!
  7. In A Bar

There's nothing more to say than: So. Damn. Beautiful!
  8. Star Roving

  9. "Enharmonic Intervals (for Paschen organ)
    by Mamiffer & Circle
    06. Mätäneminen 06. Mätäneminen
one of the most ...impressive pieces of ...dang, I dont know what to call this! contemporary classic? minimal music? experimental?
anyway, this is so not for shallow music-consumers, impressive soundscapes, immense vastness, intense feel, VERY dark, rough and edgy, almost brutal. a reset for brain and ears and a journey in the hidden depths of the soul. great, great stuff!
  10. Melt Inside The Sun
    by Juleah
Strom Aus Licht Strom Aus Licht
...no need for a sun to melt, this record will suffice for sure. lovely, beautiful, makes you smile and the world a better place.

  13. Statu Nascendi
    by Mamiffer
vast, intense, dark soundscapes with enough edges and roughness. an immense, nearly megalithic album - not for the shallow kind. <3
  14. Dying Surfer Meets His Maker
    by All Them Witches
    Talisman Talisman
...rooted in the blues, but way more... layers and variety than your average-joe-blues-rock album. the arc of suspense is held over the whole record and prevents track-zapping. nothing for the minimalistic attention span of the typical consumer, but this makes the album so friggin' GREAT!!!!
  15. A Long Walk
    by Tango With Lions
    Obituary Obituary
what should I say - this album's just beautiful in every way. love it!

by Gunman And The Holy Ghost
  18. EP
    by Mt. Mountain
    Ring Dove Ring Dove
...whatever I loved in the 90ies in "grunge", it's in this album. melancholia, psychedelic moods, BIG feeling and lots of edges!
  19. 4 Strings
    by Willy Tea Taylor
Life is Beautiful Life is Beautiful
just like my favorite track says: this album makes life beautiful, just as simple and brilliant as no zen-master could ever teach...
