I am really impressed with the previous lyrics.. About the flag. And sad that many students I know in town will not stand or be silent for the pledge of allegiance. Because they don't understand or have not been taught respect for the flag and and those who have served this country so Faithfully. It requires a new kind of understanding one that we that we used in the 1960s. Although everything around us seems crumbling some things are worthy of holding together to unite us. Meredith Oct 8 2022
