Some of the synth work might even be described as beautiful, but distortion underlines a disturbing truth, even under the album's most ethereal tones. A certified hood classic. But it took me a second listen to really appreciate it

Extremely nerve-wracking with an atmospheric build up. Ungodly. Tense listen.

Prime Keith on hardcore production, rapping about Parakeets and God knows what. Perfect record. Tim Dog's rough, blunt delivery provides a nice foil. Severely underrated

One of the best truly independent albums I've ever heard. Tracks like Grime on the Wall, She Gets Me and High Income Slum are reminiscent of songs from the Silent Hill series, (being compared to Akira Yaomoka is never a bad thing) but even at it's lighter moments like Taste's Like Iron and Street Art, the grooves on this album are damn near untouchable. Excellent Trip-Hop

A shockingly good album. Not gonna lie, I was a little skeptical. But Simon's heavy walls of distortion create a perfect backdrop for Terence's haunting violin work. And even when distortion is nowhere to be heard, something sinister lurks beneath the more soothing instrumentals. A treat for anyone interested in atmospheric music or post-rock.
