    Worlds Apart Worlds Apart
Lumbering, melodic, soul-boring doom that will drown you in melancholic bliss. You MUST have this triumphant album; it will delve into your feelz and embrace you in ponderous sadness.

Dark Matter Gods Dark Matter Gods
This is a triumph of not only black metal, but metal in general. Agalloch have been pushing the limits and making stellar albums since their inception. The dark tones, ponderous melodies, the raw feel-it-in-your-deepest-essence growls and instrumentation make this my top album of 2014. Perfection.

Prog metal at its finest, nothing stops Gru from taking you on a cosmic expedition. If the Universe had a soundtrack, it would be Cosmogenesis. Complex melody, incredible rhythm section, and a sense of mystery make this a solid addition to ANY metalhead's collection.
