From the ambient but sinister strings of "Passing Out in a Crowd" to the energizing 8-bit distorted melodies of "The Worm of Death". I have to pick "VHS Spaceport" as my all time favourite. It digs at my love for the likes of Ben Prunty's soundtrack to "FTL"
Such a great album all round. Rabb was one of my first influences as a drummer and his works on BioDiesel with Clay are just so good. Love the ambient synth layering and tasty grooves
From the howls of Teri on "Eli" to Omar's simple but elegant opening riff for "The Eye Fell In Love", Nicci's warm pad sounds to Deantoni's harsh but precise drumming. This album is full of contrast and originality. I loved every second of it.
