Kristine's album is the soul of summer on tape. A late summer masterpiece & homage to its 80s roots via outright rebirth of head-nodding, toe-tapping, synth-infused Rock
"The Danger," could be nearly any 80s era song (in a good way), while "Heroes" shreds with blazing guitar solos & soaring vocals. Bass & synth backbone on "The Deepest Blue" is an overt homage to "Boys of Summer" & might be mistaken until Kristine's raspy rock voice kicks in to remind you: the old is new again, & it's damn good
