The whole album is sick and vibrant with exactly the kind of authenticity we need right now. The rock'n'roll intensity of the tile track, thrumming with energy, sex, doubt, need, and pain...is only enhanced by the more introspective tracks afterwards. A sense of mourning and regret pervade the album, telling the story of someone who has lived an eventful and intense life (aided by beautiful yet attenuated vocals of Allie Sheldan and instrumentals of Chris & Michael Weiss), just buy the thing.
