THE REPRESSIONS are a forest music folk punk band from NYC, featuring Barbara Dragon and Nate Lay. They write songs in multiple genres about books, nature, defending animals, injustice, being weird, and mental health. The Repressions dedicate their music to anyone who has ever been ridiculed for being sensitive, kind, smart, or ill.
