  1. Thy Kingdom Cum
    by Profanatica
    Denounce Him Denounce Him
Audible bass on a black metal album! Great work.
  2. Altar of the Virgin Whore
    by PROFANATICA
  3. Vengeance Of Eternal Fire
    by ANTICHRIST SIEGE MACHINE
  4. Rotting Incarnation of God
    by Profanatica
Washed In the Blood of Lord Washed In the Blood of Lord
My second Profanatica album, after buying Crux Simplex. Compared to CS, Paul's vocals are mixed low on this album. Strong, turgid production that manages to still sound raw, with some added low end to really give it some bite, and atmospheric touches here and there to keep things interesting.
  5. Holy Rotten Blood
    by Father Befouled
  6. Crux Simplex
    by Profanatica
Wipe the Fucking Face of Jesus Wipe the Fucking Face of Jesus
I'll be honest, this is the only Profanatica album I've listened to. I love it, so now I'm encouraged to check out previous albums.
  7. Disgraced Emanations From A Tranquil State
    by APPARITION
  8. Dystopian Syndrome
    by MOLTEN
  9. Lifeless Birth
    by Necrot
Winds of Hell Winds of Hell
Another solid offering. Appreciate the album art, too. Totally over the top, go for broke.
  10. Lair Of Xenolich
    by Black Hole Deity
    Railgun Combat Railgun Combat
Fantastic death metal, impeccable musicianship. I was excited to see they're working on a full length.
  11. Manifest Decimation
    by Power Trip
    Heretics Fork Heretics Fork
  12. Sparagmos
    by Spectral Voice
Death's Knell Rings in Eternity Death's Knell Rings in Eternity
The music is as nightmarish and haunting as the cover suggests. Favorite song-Death's Knell Rings in Eternity.
  13. Demo MMXVIII
    by Ageless Summoning
  14. Schism Perpetration
    by ANTICHRIST SIEGE MACHINE
  15. Burn Baby Burn
    by The Electric Hellfire Club
Prodigal Son (A Libertine's Lament) Prodigal Son (A Libertine's Lament)
Psychedelic industrial. It's all presented as very tongue in cheek but moments of this album sound genuinely sinister. Among the best albums of the 90s, and deserving of more praise and recognition than it gets.
  16. Leprosy (Reissue)
    by Death
    Primitive Ways Primitive Ways
A classic of early death metal. Even on their second album, Chuck was evolving in terms of lyrics and songwriting.
  17. Hypnagogic Hallucinations
    by The Devouring Void
  18. Corrupting the Entempled Plane
    by Ageless Summoning
    Incarnate Nothingness Incarnate Nothingness
Fantastic album. Strong Steve Tucker-era Morbid Angel influence (as implied by their name) with the dissonance of Here in After-era Immolation. Highly recommended.
  19. Mortal
    by Necrot
  20. Upon Desecrated Altars
    by LEFT CROSS
Unbinding The Covenant Unbinding The Covenant
Pummeling death metal with a war metal sensibility. Check it out.
