  1. The Forgotten
    by Orbit Culture
While We Serve While We Serve
This one is sick! Great jobs guys. I freakin' love that melodic part in the middle-end of While We Serve. So awesome! Reminds me of some older sounds of Orbit Culture - what is realy great for my taste!
  2. Descent
    by Orbit Culture
    Alienated Alienated
Harder, faster and darker than before. But I miss the scale and epicness of tracks like Rebirth, The Shadowing, Sun of all or The Umbilical Cord. I miss those epic orchestral parts and the massive weight that those "slower" songs had.
But this release shows me another side of OC. A darker, faster and more brutal one.
It's still a good release! But for my taste not as good as their "older" stuff :-)
Very excited where the journey will lead us to <3

  7. Vultures of North
    by Orbit Culture
What a banger! First track in a while without Niklas' clean singing. The power, the speed and rhythm of this song are awesome. I really like that they release songs that remind me of the "early style" of Orbit Culture like on Rasen or Redfog - at least to my ears :D But they still evolve and get better with every release - despite what specific style it sounds like to one. Keep it on guys!

And of course thank you for the hi-res 24bit version here on Bandcamp :)

    Carvings Carvings
I'd never thought, that Orbit Culture will best their album Nija, but indeed they did! This EP is so awesome! Much more groove / melodic death metal influences than on Nija. I love this. And the melodic parts in the new songs are giving me goosebumps. On the other hand, those breakdowns and rhythm are so good, omfg! I can't stop headbanging :D

And of course thank you for the hi-res 24bit version here on Bandcamp :)
  9. Judas
    by Lord Of The Lost
For They Know Not What They Do For They Know Not What They Do
This is my first LOTL album. I really love „Priest“, „For They Know Not What They Do“ and „The Gospel Of Judas“. These songs were the reason I bought the album. In addition, the other tracks are good, too! There are so many beautiful melodies to find in each track. I'm really suprised (in a positive way), but those firstly named songs will stay my favourites.

And of course thank you for the hi-res 24bit version here on Bandcamp :)
  10. Nija
    by Orbit Culture
    The Shadowing The Shadowing
    This. Is. Awesome! 9/10
The melodies on "The Shadowing" and "Behold" are just awesome. Thats why I love Orbit Culture. But Orbit Culture is also evolving. You can hear a much stronger "thrash-metal"/Metallica influence on this album than before. "North Star Of Nija" is an absolute awesome track, which shows a very good mix between "new-school" and "old-school"-Orbit Culture. But I miss at least one "slower" but heavier song like "Sun Of All", which would replace one of the faster songs.
  11. Open Eye
    by Orbit Culture
This is what i'd call a steam-hammer! Such a fast and powerfull song - great! But: I hope that this'll be "just" an expetion from their normal style. For diversion it's great; as their new overall style not so much (to much thrash-metal influences for me). But still a good song :)
  12. In Medias Res
    by Orbit Culture
    Blacksphere Blacksphere
As one of their first albums, I must admit, that this was a great start! It's way more "classic" in a way, that this album sounds more like true melodic death metal - less to no clean singing and only a few synths / stings. But still a good album with very good rythm and power!
  13. The Shadowing
    by Orbit Culture
This is the climax we waited for. After "Nensha" and "Rebirth" I thought it could not get any better, but this just tops everything. The speed and power of this song makes me speechless. The melody at the end is so good. The refrain is unbelivable beautiful.
    This is an awesome song!
  14. Rebirth
    by Orbit Culture
Quite a bit different than usual, but still a very good track! The first part (which is very melodic and soft) surprised me a lot. It shows better than every other song what Niklas is capable of. But the last part of this song is (again) the icing on the cake! Great rhythm, awsome vocals, powerful melody! That's what I came here for!
  15. Nensha
    by Orbit Culture
    New, fresh and still recognizable!
Great rythms, beautiful melancholic melodies and powerfull vocals. You can hear it's a new tune but they also stick to what makes them unique.
One downside: I wish the vocals were a tad more present in the mix.
    Still rockin'!
  16. Rasen
    by Orbit Culture
Sun Of All Sun Of All
What I really like about this album is it's mix between a melancholic and groovy sound!

When I listen to music, I normally focus on the vocals and those are great! The really good sounding but still understandable growls in mix with the powerfull and melodic clean parts are wonderful! And when those are backed with some melodic samples or guitar effects, it's just gorgeous!

In a few words: diversified, innovative, melodic and powerful
  17. Redfog
    by Orbit Culture
See Through Me See Through Me
    It's new, it's fresh, it's innovative.

I love the mix between these great sounding growls and that awesome hard/melodic "clean" singing! The rhythmic riffs fit so well to the voice and then there are these short melodic background samples - perfect!
