Wow! What an experience. Admittedly it took me one or two listens to get into this record, but when it hits - it hits. On "I want to be there" Sadness takes Blackgaze (or whatever you wanna call it) to perfection. This record hits you with an overwhelming emotional intensity, which simultaneously sounds nothing short of beautiful. It's sad, it's depressing, it's atmospheric and yet majestic and beautiful.
In short: this is a masterpiece, don't even think about missing out on this.
