“Why do I love this album?
The arrangement is vise-grip tight. The guitars utterly rip, and the solo is appropriately epic, equal parts inspirational and confrontational. The drums are somehow both brutal and agile, and the bass drives the song like a brick on a gas pedal. And the vocals carry over the fury, ringing out like a clarion call, or a battle cry.
It manages to be both uncompromisingly in-your-face and achingly, unashamedly sincere.
And it absolutely rocks.
