“What Chaotian has achieved here is a death metal tradition - that is creating a debut album that is a perfect representation of the genre in it’s pure form. An absolute barrage of riffs that remind me of the glory days of Monstrosity and Sinister, and the dark asphyxiating atmosphere of Immolation. Despite these comparisons Chaotian have created an album that doesn’t truly sound like any other band. The only problem is: how can they top this album moving forward? Highly fucking recommended. ”
