It’s a really nice and groovy contemporary jazz comp where everyone’s songs sit well with each other and form a cohesive listen. Inner Ocean has been dabbling in jazz for a while now, but I’m hopeful this comp is a sign that they’re not just dipping their toes in the pool but are going to cannonball.”
