Super heavy djent goodness from probably the heaviest band in the scene. A relentless album from start to finish with some serious grooves and memorable riffs.

    Dimout Dimout
This band is amazing. Super technical riffs with fusions of many metal subgenres. Hard to pin down to a specific blend so I'll just sum it up as progressive deathmetal. Check them out right now, you won't be disappointed.

Beholder of Eyes Beholder of Eyes
4 years of waiting has paid off. This album is f***ing awesome! SotC continue with their melodic deathcore sound but this time it's clearer than ever with proper studio mastering. I'll be listening to this nonstop for the next few weeks without a doubt.

  27. Raiders of the evil eye
    by GENERAL LEE
    featured track 00:00/00:00
The witching hour The witching hour
Some of the best driving music known to man. General Lee delivers a classic hardcore band sound with a progressive and ambient edge. I'm a sucker for bands like this so my opinion may be biased but this is one of the best hardcore albums I have in my collection. My only complaint is that it should be longer.

High School Sweetheart High School Sweetheart
Brutal album with some of the funniest lyrics I've ever read. This album is raw and intense with amazing clarity and production value. Very glad I picked this album up finally.

Self Biological Carnivorous Cannibalism Self Biological Carnivorous Cannibalism
Oldschool slamming deathmetal sound perfected. This album is pure bliss for fans of oldschool sound with crystal clear production. One of the most fun metal albums I have in my collection. I wonder if they could have come up with longer song titles...

  30. Subsistence

    featured track 00:00/00:00
    In Obscurity In Obscurity
Another amazing Australian metal band. Must be something in the water...Anyways, this is one of my favorite albums at the moment. Very heavy and very catchy riffs along with a fantastic vocalist. This goes hard and does not let up for the 30 minute length of the album. Brutal death metal with a progressive edge is a win in my book.

Once The Dust Settles Nothing Remains Once The Dust Settles Nothing Remains
Odd combination of moderately technical and progressive industrial deathmetal and edm atmospheres and bridges. Hard to describe accurately but it's definitely something to check out if you're into music that's off the beaten path.

    Filth Filth
Straight up chugs and beatdowns on this short but sweet album. For only 1$ this band delivers everything you'd expect from an Emmure album at a fraction of the cost. Solid sounds and worth the cost of picking it up if you like slow chugging heavy music.
    7.5/10

Forging a Legacy Forging a Legacy
Very heavy deathcore band. Hope these guys go places! The breakdowns are a bit less straightforward than most bands lending them a bit more memorable sound. I love the guitar tone on this album. Fun tunes on here and worth checking out if you have 15 minutes.
    8.5/10
  34. Contaminating The Hive Mind
    by Abnormality
    featured track 00:00/00:00
    Monarch Omega Monarch Omega
Technical deathmetal lead by a female vocalist with one of the best voices I've heard in the genre. This album is fast and hard hitting. I was very pleasantly suprised at how well balanced the song compositions are and how the guitars aren't constantly sweeping like so many bands in the tech death genre.

Life Sustainment To Continue Mutilation Life Sustainment To Continue Mutilation
Purely relentless album from start to finish. Some of the heaviest slam riffs I've ever heard while maintaining a catchiness that doesn't take itself too seriously. This is such a fun album to listen to and I can't recommend it enough for fans of heavy music.
    10/10
  36. Descent Into Arcologies
    by THE BRIDAL PROCESSION
    featured track 00:00/00:00
A Paradoxical Utopia A Paradoxical Utopia
Really interesting tech death band with deathcore and black metal influences. This is a great concept album with all of the songs being about a post-apocalyptic world and the survivors interactions with eachother. I'm deeply in love with the bass drum tone used on this album and all around the album sounds fantastic.

  37. Revenge EP
    by The Boy Will Die
    featured track 00:00/00:00
Given to Filth Given to Filth
This is a pretty interesting album with a very strong sense of melody. Guitars are constantly tearing up and down scales at a fast pace with much less focus on the breakdowns than most core bands. I really love the album art for this. My biggest complaint is that this isn't long enough, even for a 4 track ep it feels rather short.

If you enjoyed Ruination era Job for a Cowboy save yourself some time and just buy this already. Blisteringly fast guitar riffs with some of the sickest vocals ever recorded. Production quality isn't the best however that hasn't stopped me from thoroughly enjoying this release.

Awesome tech death band. Tons of harmony between guitars and the drumming is amazing. Plenty of unique riffs on this album to keep you listening for a while.

Wow these guys have a great sound. Melodic tech death with really unique song compositions that aren't just flashy and as fast as they can play. Solid sound quality and plenty of riffs to catch your attention.

In "typical" Swedish metal fashion this band has some incredible melodic passages and this is a pretty flashy tech death album. Guitar isn't overly distorted and sounds fantastic! The drummer has some ridiculous fills too. Check this band out right now.

Death metal and middle eastern melodies go together so well and this album is a great blend of the two. Shockingly this band hails from Canada. Production of this album is stellar and everything is crisp and clean. Do yourself a favor and take a few minutes to listen to this band, they're well worth it.

I'm so happy to see this band putting out more new music even if it's only a 2 track ep. Their song writing just gets better and better with each release. I would really recommend checking this ep out because it has such a unique sound.

I hate to compare this band to Bring Me the Horizon but there seems to be quite a bit of influence from them in here. That being said I feel like this is MUCH more well done. If you dug the Legacies album don't hesitate to pick this up because they improved on everything for this album and it's got some great tracks.
