This album has a modern dark synth style with retro influences. While it has a retro sound, it's certainly not a recycled copy cat like you hear with so many other synth projects. I recommend this for anyone who wants to be in from the beginning on an exciting new artist. The Women In Chains cover is exceptional. What a ballsy song to cover. Also fantastic are Into The Unknown, Forest Light, Bend The Light, Video Girl and She Drove Away.
