I do enjoy this album as it has a nice blend of songs with the guest vocals tracks and the interesting instrumentals. As well as "Playground Martyrs" the stand out tracks for me are "Conversation Over" and the moving "December Train". A shame SJ didn't take on a few lead vocals himself though as I love his vocals on the Dolphin Brothers album. Looking forward to a follow up to this album now and I'd love to see another Dolphin Brothers album!!

I think I'm right in saying most Japan fans have followed the work of frontman David Sylvian unfortunately overlooking most other releases from the ex Japan band members. In recent years this appears to have been readdressed and we are all enjoying the work from various projects that have included Jansen, Barbieri and Karn as well as their solo work. SEED is a master class EP showing the excellent musician that graced Japan and has been such a huge influence on so many artists.
