The tense, exciting action of monkey-based shenanigans is complemented by tantalizing drums n’ bass tracks. Time moves on, the ‘cube moves into the closet, but the infectious music stays with you for years to come. This leaves you with one question: will you hit Continue?

The early days of Vaporwave: when art was abstract, music was more sound than melody, old technology was hip, and pastel colors flowed freely. A time before nostalgia and aesthetic became overused words, these pieces stand in memoriam of those artists who pioneered the Internet Music genre. While it was a mere decade ago, the postmodern, digital era is moving with blistering speed. May this album serve as a reminder of where Vaporwave as an art form began, as we continue to move ever-forward.

VAPERROR manages to capture the essence of racing games during the sixth console generation. Radiant Racer oozes neon lights, slick pavement, and fast cars during its runtime. Tracks like Final Lap! and Lost Race leave me wanting to hit the retry button on my PS2 controller. A real gem of an album, these tracks are sure to entertain. Time to beat the fastest lap!
