This album to me remains one of the best single artifacts from the “alt rock” era. The sheer intensity of Thalia’s vocal delivery, the layers of melodic and hypnotic guitar, and a crack rhythm section. I remember seeing them at the late, lamented 5 Arlington in Ottawa in 1994…one of the best and most memorable shows I’ve ever seen. So glad this reissue is coming!
