    by Armada Named Sound
Midnight at Metropolis Midnight at Metropolis
Electronica is a seriously powerful album. Full of awesome beats and wonderful vocals like on the song "Crush" that grab your attention and pull you into a world of creative dreamy magic. "Life in Lofi" you can hear the beats pounding on the wall and the lyrics wail as they try to break out daily grind. Armada Named Sound brings it hard on every track, with dark beats that make you dance, sound that paints pictures in your mind and lyrics that open your mind.
  15. Horns & Thorns
    by Community Center
Horn's and Thorns is an amazing album. The band "Community Center" has a wonderful sound, It is rock and more with sensibility and a classical edge. Their horn section is serene, knowing the exact note to put an inflection of beauty into every song. My favorite tune is "Parkville Social Club" it has a fantastic driving rhythm with a backdrop like twinkling stars. Bottom line is the band is phenomenal, incredible and diverse, if you can see them live run and do it now.
  16. Rabbit's Foot
    by Jeanette Lynne
    Small Things Small Things
Jeanette Lynne's new album is wonderful, with great vocals, heartfelt compositions, and poignant words. My favorite song is "Small Things". The whimsical and wonderful sounds of the song "Small Things" brings tears to my eyes and sun to my heart. The smooth finger picking and touchingly somber sounds of guitar and Jeanette's voice make this song a masterpiece. This song weaves a tapestry that can be seen for miles, like the early morning sun. This album is pure beauty, full of heart and grace.

    Kibitz Kibitz
Great album here "Recoil” has got a heavy metal, and industrial metal feel to it. It reminds of the club in the Matrix where Neo first meets Trinity. But there are also bright tracks on here like “Fragments” that remind you of city night trapped in a dream. My favorite tune on the album is “Kibitz” it has a great progressive rock feeling to it with wonderful keyboard work that sounds like a moog. Every time I listen I wonder what movie this music will pop up in.

    Entanglements Entanglements
This Illrecur album is exciting and suspenseful. My favorite tune “Entanglements” is fast and you can feel the walls crashing down around you as the drum beats pound in your head. But the music is not just about action, the drama in “Ferrous Altum” brings out the serene nature of this great album. Throughout the album you get the big budget movie feel with every song being exciting, suspenseful, and dramatic.

    Seminole Wind Seminole Wind
This album is beautiful and relaxing. My favorite track Seminole Wind which has lovely musicianship on it with a groove that feels like a summer day with warm wind. The vocal harmonies perfectly balance out tune to give this song a wonderfully flowing tapestry. This album was lovingly crafted to touch your soul and heart. You can hear the variety in the band's songs as they were influenced by music from all over America.

  20. What We Must
    by Jaga Jazzist
A huge thanks goes out to Ed Buckley for getting me this album. This was the perfect choice for me. The first song I heard from Jaga was Oslo Skyline which is on this album. The way they build in intensity and composition, pulls you deep into every tune. The power and fun they bring will make you want to listen to them over and over again.
