I'm a poet and visual artist living in Los Angeles. Most of my work centers on the intersection where the visual and language arts collide. When I'm working, I like to create hive music, or double-track the same or similar tracks and I'm always on the lookout for new tracks to include.

This album feels like a favorite old coat you forgot about, and shrug into on a chilly day. It's mellow and can stay in the background, but is also ready to be engaged. Wolvez's lyrics are intricate, witty and typically border on genius.
"To The Wind" seems perfectly stripped down to its core elements: unusual lyrics, spare accompaniment and a solo that would be welcomed at 4 times the length. The simple repetition works well, and there's some unexpectedly fab harmonizing that skitters in.
