    I have been listening to Robyn since the mid 1980s. His sound might be described as "what if Syd Barret had a long solo career". I had a lot of fun with his whimsical absurdity. Life After Infinity is something new. This one is no less surreal but it is perhaps, at last, Robyn's own musical vision. It is airy and spacious, and pretty groovy. This is going to be my chillin' in the summer album for '23.

    For me, the track "B2" is the perfect balancing point of the album. All of the band's influences and vision are at optimum effect. I love the contrast and tension between the distant public address announcement vocals, the screaming, and the coldness of the music. It has a very "ghost in the machine" affect.
