    This track marked a slight shift in our approach to our writing.
    Soulstitute was definitely the track that pushed us to think outside of our comfort zone.
    Love how its turned out in the studio with Nathan and he definitely helped to give it the punch we wanted to achieve from this track.

    Poison boy was a track that Noel wrote a dirty sounding "muse" bass line and I took a beat idea from an old Radio 4 track that i absolutely love from listening to 90’s surf films.
    Poison Boy also has some pretty full on vocals from Fletchers dark childhood experiences so although its heavy in essence we've managed to turn it into a bit of upbeat rock track.
