Absolutely phenomenal album! I can't get enough! The twists and turns never feel forced, always leaving you guessing what's next. Every song brings a smile to my face and makes my head bang! Great work guys!
What can I say about my album of the year? This was my first exposure to the band just as it came out. I instantly fell on love. The dynamic shifts, the crazy riffs, the vocals, just all of it. This has forever set the bar for me in the progressive metal genre. Absolutely perfect. Even my 2 & 4 year olds sing along with me. "Careful not to wake the sleeping beasts!"
Another album I can't stop listening to. Every song gives a sense of wonder and I cannot help but crank it up. The layers and style changes always get me going. Great stuff.
This is one of those things you didn't know was missing in your life until you have it. It's intricate, twisting, and just down right fun to listen to. The riffs and the building in Last Night a Forest Grew (parts one and two) are some of my favorite moments in any music of recent years. The last 3 min of part two really shine for me and always leave me smiling.
