    by Pswingset
First Pswingset song in over 10 years, and apparently more on the way - excited for more after hearing this banger.
  13. Inlet
    by Hum
    Cloud City Cloud City
Listening to this album you cannot convince me that this band hadn't released an album in over 20 years. It simply isn't fathomable how a band can stay that sharp and match the sonic progression over time as perfectly as Inlet does for Hum. Released mid-pandemic, this was probably the happiest moment of that year for me. RIP BSP.

    To Light To Light
Tough to pick a favorite track - there's quite a few standouts. Really the first five songs are super strong, but this is another full-album listen all the way through each time for me.
  15. The Biggest Shove In Space
    by HOUSTON
    DntUWry DntUWry
This album grew on me - it's not as alike to the prior catalog, other than the quirkiness of some of the sounds, but I listen to it often now and generally straight through each time. I only wish Elton Bezus had a heavier ending, but with bands who bring their music back after long hiatuses (hiati?), beggars shouldn't be choosers.
  16. The Alley Parade
    by Traindodge
The Lonely Halt The Lonely Halt
Once again, it's near impossible to pick a favorite track off of a T-Dodge album because of how many bangers there are, but a greater point is how long they've been producing records that have this problem. It's been a minute. Long live T-Dodge!

You Had A Plan You Had A Plan
There's something about this band that hits my ear just perfectly. I am usually not into sludge nor vocals that aren't traditional in nature, but this is just so moody. It is like the phrase "boiling a frog" this music is so moody, but so non-immediate. The mood takes time to hit you. I became a big fan around the release of Grievances and haven't looked back.

    I'm A Girl I'm A Girl
What can I say about one of the all-time great albums in my catalog? It's just solid from start to finish. Vocals are fantastic, guitar work is epic, drumming is spot-on and bass is bassin...
