Not just this album. All of Phronesis' work is sublime. When explaining their music to non-jazzphiles I always compare them to the greatest chamber music – like the Alban Quartet's performances of Beethoven's late quartets. They play as a unit where the sum is greater than the parts.
Translate this into a jazz medium of complex harmonies, rhythms and textures, and the result (for me) is a series of goosebumps, head-nodding, and eargasms interspersed with lots of "Fuck yeah!".
