Each song is a treat. This band put out a lot of warnings that this EP is a different style than their currently established style, but if they told me that this was their new main direction I wouldn't be upset at all. (I'm also perfectly happy with it being a "sidequest" though!)
I listened to this after A Boat on the Sea. It's a lot weirder, but there's still a lot to enjoy, such as the weirdness, if you're into that! (I am.)
It's great to have talented artists who know how to have fun.
This entire album makes me feel strong things. A lot of the time I don't really know what those things are. But I love feeling the way I do when I listen.
And it's also really, really, REALLY catchy stuff, in the absolute best way.
Swarm was already amazing, sprinkle in some Donkey Kong Country, KK Slider, and it sounds like maybe duck hunt and I think Sonic Spinball...I'm one happy Bargain BoyTM!
