What a superb collection of songs. When I need music that is a bit more chilled I put on this thoughtful and insightful album.

That said, they are not 100% mellow. In fact one of my favourites, Feud, has a very grim resolution, and is a fantastic allegory for the world today.

Also, Bones, another of my faves, has a satisfying Morricone feel, with a great galloping western-style pace.

A definite thumbs up from me. This CD is never far from my car stereo.

What an amazing first album from our otherworldly musical chums. The range of styles, the lyrical playfulness, and the musical journey you are taken on makes this a standout album of the last decade for me - as with all of their albums! I absolutely loved hearing our extraterrestrial friends play Monolith live recently - probably my favourite track from this stellar album.
