This is one of the most polished EPs I've heard in a long time. If ever there was an EP that screamed "I HAVE A FULL ALBUM IN ME!" ... This is it. Amaryllis is surely destined for greatness.
Evangelos creates music with incredible passion. It's rewarding to hear the guitar played so fluidly in a style that lends itself perfectly to such funky rock tunes.
Symbols and Signs shows that an 8 string guitar isn't just about the additional low notes, but the increased range those notes provide. Impressively this is all showcased through a very melodic and brilliantly layered track.
