    Not as riffy as Ummon but nonetheless excellent. The sound can be overpowering at times, forcing you to listen. It's definitely a different direction for them but its great to see that they havent just been working on Ummon II for the past four years and are truly evolving as a band. Would love to see them live sometime.

    Not sure if this album will appeal to people that aren't already fans of the band. Its a bit of an uneven record with most of the most fully featured and exciting songs on the first half with shorter experiments on the second. On the topic of this being a remaster, its great. Far more listenable than the original mix.

    This album is like a warm hug, someone telling you that things suck but they get you. Noso portrays their life as a non-binary person in a way thats impossible not to sympathize with. On top of this the songs are great earworms. I dont listen to much pop music but this album is really enjoyable.

    by far the wildest thing I've listened to this year. U SCO prove theyre a force to be reckoned with. I was lucky enough to meet one of them and it sounds like it was quite the endeavor to bring this album together.

    Swarm is the mesh of bambaras earlier noise and the more lyrically focused albums that would follow it and it works very well. The production is a large step up above dreamviolence but retains many of the noisier elements of that album while doing its own thing. This remix is great. The original sounds flat by comparison.

    Laughing matter goes further down the path set out by plum diving into a sound that has even less reliance on fuzzy guitars. Id say its a bit long but more wand is never a bad thing and putting Jennifer's gone at the end is a great way to leave my overall impression positive. I like the emphasis on percussive instrumentation that some of the tracks have.

    An absolutely beautiful album. It was a bit of a shock to hear this sound after really just listening to ganglion reef but its really grown on me. The final two tracks are absolute perfection.
