MBD explores sparse + glorious territory in this lively record. Lyrically poignant, sonically multi-layered and sophisticated yet at times bare boned MBD holds gorgeous tensions. "Lover Killer" - current dancing favorite whilst reminding me of Kate Bush + St Vincent, but MBD is an artist of her own unique quality.
