Talk about epic. The fuzz, the grunge, the rawness. Album cover really fits the music. These guys are not afraid to really set a groove and let it sink in. Great driving music. Get on that desert highway and turn this thing up.

This is a solid debut effort for Whisky Fyre. Samantha displays her impressive chops throughout. She is top notch. The band is a bit loose but it actually makes for a real garage like feel. The potential for this band is extremely high. Samantha places her growls and banshee cries in the perfect spots, never overusing them. The second track "Whisky Fyre" stands out because of it's more complicated form. On this track Samantha channels a bit of Jim Morrison as her vocals float through time.
