found the band through 'to lose you' on my discover weekly (i believe) and have been a fan since. got super hyped learning that they were dropping a new album, and this album lived up to and far beyond the hype. i love 'nothing like', but 'i don't know you' has to be an all-time favourite of mine. kinda surreal seeing them get 'best new music' on pitchfork two albums in a row, and it's so well deserved. mp is one of the best bands putting out music right now. cya @ king tut's!

this album is genuinely phenomenal. everything about this project from start to finish is such a delight to listen to, from the unexpectedly serene opening in the beginning to the devastatingly beautiful 20 minute cut at the end. the chills i get from the 'oh my god' part...
it's hard to believe that the silly little band i fell in love with briefly in july would go on to make one of my favourite albums ever.

such a stellar record from a criminally underrated band. hearing the evolution of their sound from album-to-album is such a delight, and i think that gate 23 contains the best work they’ve put out to date. getting to hear this album in the listening party and getting to connect with other kit fans over the album was also just such a fun experience. there really just isn’t another band like them. cant wait to see what the future holds!

found this album soon after release through a friend and word-of-mouth on twitter, and was pleasantly surprised. really glad i found this album, as i've gotten to talk to so many cool people involved in the keep it together community because of it, and even got to speak with jake directly to work on some merch. maybe i'm biased because of that, but this album is great and is well worth a listen. kit 4 ever!!!

lookouts is my favourite visual novel i've ever had the pleasure of reading and the music will always have a special place in my heart. the whole ost fits perfectly into the game and helps set the tone perfectly, and i don't think i know of another visual novel which has music as well-crafted as lookouts. 'cowboy dream' never fails to make me feel better, and i'll always tie it to how my first lookouts playthrough made me feel.

probably the fist csh album that i really fell in love with, any time i listen to a song from this album i feel the need to relisten to the whole project from start to finish again. without a doubt, htlt is will's best pre-matador release.
