This is the first album I've listened to in many years that flat out impressed me on the first listen. Even after 50 times, the scope of this album still stuns me. The hard bass of Prey, Infanticide, Maimed, and Siberian gives you what you've come to expect from El Tigr3. But nestled in there is Shipwreck, Death on the Island, and Feast Upon, which is the only time I've been shocked so hard by something so mellow. If Man-eater suffers from anything, its that there is not enough of it.
