Leon rules. "bird world" is an excellent combination of storytelling and retro video game adventure. His use of sounds from Yoshi's Island, A Link to the Past, and more invoke a sense of nostalgia. This, nostalgia, however, is not a crutch. Leon's work is uniquely his own. While "battle on mantou mountain" might as well be a song straight out of Sonic 2, it still bops with a style of its own.
