Oooooh! Green Airways Limited. Have been working the Red Lake Gold project and meditating/working out to this album (among others Emilio & Tim Hecker are my go tos for meditative listening/working. Have also been jamming along on my new custom bass - the Erector, by Maranger String Instruments, which is inlaid with a fat nugget of Red Lake Gold. Evolution.

A languorous yet subtly energetic album. Perfectly delightful choice for my morning contemplation/stretching today. Brilliantly sunny -30 mid January morning contrast by the sounds of late summer evenings was really quite a perfect experience!

36 minutes of engaging, energetic, and uninterrupted music that has made for a perfect short version of my morning meditation & workout. When you just can’t wait to get to the day, but need to get focussed & limber kind of day. A most invigorating selection. Now I’m off for a ski - and perhaps another listen of Snowdream - check that out too.

Big Sun! I was rewarded with that today after a properly full and attentive listen to this album last night. (followed by Kladon Stellaris - an excellent pairing - after the more varied Praxis, Kladon’s more tightly focussed expression provided an entrancing wind down… but I’m here about Praxis! Yesss! So I’ve been dabbling with e’s
releases for a few months - not quite giving them the attention they deserve due to just not being in a proper state, if you will - shifting focus personally and yada yada, but I’ve reset myself, and am ready to receive the power! So, it’s time to feast like a Caribou. Greedily, I’m back tonight to pick up Griylenae, which I passed on the other day, as crickets really wind the dogs up - those nearby ones that just keep going… but so be it. Op ano

I love this album because it’s the one I fixated on as a contemplative aid over a period where I couldn’t manage taking in the entirety of e’s output, and after numerous free listens, being nudged to purchase it by bcamp, I got a link and bought it - after a period of wondering why there was no option to purchase it in my app - which I am still mystified by - I have to login in Safari to buy. Apple problem I suppose. Security. Also, I love snow. And dreaming.
