Oh my goodness, where do we even begin. The usual Elysian Fields offering of sultry tunes and jazz riffs is on full display, and not a single song in that vein disappoints. But what sets this album apart are the melancholy vibe of the last two songs, along with the sparse beauty of When. These songs are by far the album's greatest achievements, and remain some of the most evocative and emotional songs I've ever heard.
