What a raw album. The songs are unified by attitude, as opposed to topic or production style. The delivery is commanding and magnetic: billy is overflowing with presence and personality here.
Man, woods and segal killed this. Fantastic and hypnotic instrumentals, and the lyrics are to the point, bound together just tightly enough to coalesce into a song.
