This was my favorite album of last year, no contest. I hear so much intent, dread, and meditated negativity. The enclosed staging of the mix feels like navigating shoulder length corridors in endless sewer lines while experiencing perpetual tunnel vision. I am surprised to find a true Death Industrial record in 2023, let alone one that arrives to meet the pioneers of the niche, and effortlessly at that. Genuinely so much esteem for this work.
