Can't get enough of "As By Waves My Fortress Erodes"! This is an eerie, hypnotic concept album and I hope to hear more like this from Mortwight in the future
A gem of an album! I hear heavy influences of Burzum's earlier ambient work (think Hlidskalf, Filosofem) and to a lesser extent, Era 1 Mortiis. This album has beautiful compositions that induce a trance-like state and feeling of calmness.
