A band I unfortunately didn't get to see live. More electronic influences than "Mammal" are incorporated seamlessly. Burnt Year features one of the most harrowing moments in music I've ever heard.
Probably my favourite band that are lumped into the "djent" movement (bar Meshuggah, but who really counts them). The Didact is extremely ambitious, and it actually deserves the "Progressive" tag.
Probably my favourite metal album if I had to pick just 1. The album is extremely well written from start to finish and the technicality never comes off as forced. Just go listen to it
