This album is a journey, with emotion at every turn. I don't think anyone else creates the slow evolutions in each sound like zakè. It's at once a wash of delicate sounds but also fizzes and bristles with energy. I played this to a friend last night who, halfway through track 2 said, turn it up, so I did. We sat and listened to the whole thing without saying another word.
  2. Water and Dreams
    by Thea Grant
From the opening of Century Caves you can tell you are in the presence of a special artist. Her talent is off the scale. I love everything about this album. The concepts, the creativity, the execution, the layering. Some real contrasts in here also, for example between the soaring voice and the rumbling, distored synths. Her Instagram has some live performances where her voice appears to be just as good. Easily my favourite album of the year so far.

Such a good collaboration. I love the orchestral scale and foundations of this album. The vocals are blissed out and beautiful. Each track a journey, with delicate and epic moments.

  17. Carcass Of Sighs Live & Acoustic

Carcass sounds just incredible live. Beautiful renditions of stunning songs. His voice is an instrument in its own right. This is wonderful collection that has been on repeat all day.

  19. I Remember Existing Here (Black Hole Introduction)
    by Pale Blü Dot
Sounds beautiful, distant, and has such a distinct identity. Love the presence of the bass, how it comes in then leaves again. Some really unexpected moments and elements throughout. Thoughtful and poetic.
