Fit for the purpose of smashing sound systems at the clubs and make people crunch their teeth while they turn into sweaty, dancing beasts.

This is not your usual over-the-counter techno. The sound here is rich and organic, full of overlapping events that carefully unfold into complex tracks, where each one appears to be a continuation of the previous take. Definitely for the demanding, not easily susprised side of the dance floor.

Underground punk bands always come with a healthy dose of raw energy, yet few manage to do that without sacrificing musicality and sensitivity to some degree.
This obscure japanese ensemble, however, certainly succeeded in binding those apparently opposed poles, and the results are nothing short of magnificent. Perhaps it's the unusual instrument selection, along with the playful, intense voice of Non, singing these songs that feel so improvised but carefully arranged at the same time. A must!
